Travel to Seattle University. Buses will depart outside the front lobby doors of the Crowne Plaza promptly at 3:30 p.m.

  Driving directions from the Crowne Plaza to Seattle University Murphy Parking Garage: Start heading NW on 6th Avenue toward Seneca. Turn left onto Seneca Street. Turn left onto 5th Avenue. Turn left onto James Street (James Street changes to Cherry Street). Stay in the right lane. Continue to 11th Avenue. You will see a sky bridge. Once you go by the bridge, turn right into the Archbishop Thomas Murphy Apartments. The Murphy Parking Garage is located on the corner of 11th and East Cherry Street.

Walking directions from the Murphy Parking Garage to the St. Ignatius Chapel: The chapel is located approximately at Madison and 11th Street. Go north on 11th until you pass Marion Street, and the chapel is just ahead.

6:00-6:30 p.m. Travel to Space Needle for reception. Buses will be waiting outside the New Student Center. The buses depart for the Needle promptly at 6:15 p.m.

  Driving directions to Space Needle from Seattle University:
Take James Street until you reach Broadway Ave. Turn right (heading north) onto Broadway Avenue, and stay on Broadway until you reach Denny Way. Turn left (heading west) onto Denny Way and follow until you reach 4th Street. Turn right (heading north) onto 4th. Welcome to the Space Needle!

6:30-8:00 p.m. Hors d'oeuvre reception at Seattle Space Needle.
The Space Needle is located at: 400 Broad St.

Two drink tickets will be provided per person for beer, wine and non-alcoholic selections. A cash bar is available for mixed drinks. Reception includes free admission to the observation deck on the upper level.

After the reception, you may hail a taxi, or you may travel back to the Crowne Plaza via the monorail. (Tickets will be provided. The Space Needle is adjacent to the Seattle Center monorail station.)

  Walking directions from the Westlake monorail station to the Crowne Plaza: Take Pine Street southeast to 6th Street, and make a right onto 6th Street. Follow 6th Street for four blocks to Seneca, where the hotel is located.
